Aerobics
An exhilarating and effective workout that burns a high amount of calories whilst having fun through dance. Very popular with ladies who want a firmer figure. This class is suitable for both beginners and advanced.

Bum’s & Tum’s
The best toning and core stability class you will ever take. A low impact class of deep muscle toning and stretching, very popular with ladies who want a firmer figure.

Circuits
An extremely effective way to workout- circuit training combines strength endurance, aerobic & toning all in the one class. No time to be bored moving from one station to the next working upper, middle and lower body while also working out aerobically.

Personal Training
Our personal training programs offer a safe, effective way to achieve your fitness goals in a friendly, non-threatening atmosphere. Results come quickly because you maximize exercise time, follow an eating plan, set goals, and have the accountability one often needs to stay with an exercise program. Whether your goals are to firm up, lose inches, add stamina and strength, or add muscle, we have a program for you.

ZUMBA
Is a fusion of music–dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.

Bootcamp
Bootcamp gives everyone who joins an overall workout, without getting bored or restless with the same regime, week after week, just like in a gym! The instructor gives you the variety that’s needed to keep up with your new chosen health and fitness lifestyle! Our group training means that you are mixing with so many other like minded people who all have one thing in common… they all want to get fit & healthy and in great shape, so still getting your PERSONAL RESULTS!

All our Assorted Fitness classes work on burning as many calories and fat as possible while tightening and toning the full body. Body weight and dumbbells are used as resistance after our high intensity aerobic workout. All classes are great for toning all the main areas of the body as everywhere is targeted for a real toning and tightening effect.
